Having a problem?
Below are some frequently asked questions and solutions:
- The Google form does not work.

To register, go to the Log In area on the left of this page (or if you are using a mobile device, the dropdown menu at the top right-hand corner of the page). Click on ‘Register’ and follow the instructions. By registering with this website, you should be automatically enrolled in the Initial Safeguarding Training course. Now when you visit the ‘Training’ page, Unit 1 should be a link that you can click to begin.
Have you logged in?
Go to the Log In area on the left of this page (or if you are using a mobile device, the dropdown menu at the top right-hand corner of the page). Enter your username and password, and click ‘Log In’. Now when you visit the ‘Training’ page, Unit 1 should be a link that you can click to begin.
If you still cannot access the training material, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Go to ‘Profile’ on the left-hand navigation bar. Fill in your ‘First Name’ and ‘Last Name’, and enter your full name in the field, ‘Nickname (required)’. Click, ‘Update Profile’ to save the changes.
Now go to Training, Module 2, Unit 4. Click the ‘Download Certificate’ button and it should now display your full name.
If you experience any other issues while using this website, using a different web browser or computer or device may resolve the issue. If that doesn’t work, contact us at email@example.com and we will get in touch as soon as possible.
